Capital Power Multimedia recognized the growing demand for digital content creation in Nigeria. With the rise of social media and online platforms, there is a need for quality digital content that can engage audiences and drive business growth. However, there is a significant gap in the skills required to produce such content, especially among the youth population.
To address this need, Capital Power Multimedia created a Digital Content Creation Training program for youths in Nigeria. The program aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to create compelling digital content, such as graphics, videos, photos, documentaries and animations.
Through this training, youths and most especially young Women are now developing their creativity and technical skills, making them more employable in the digital media industry.
The program also provides opportunities for participants to showcase their work and connect with potential clients or employers through a networking and job matching platform called “Hire Crew in Nigeria” By empowering youths with the tools and skills needed to succeed in the digital media industry, Capital Power Multimedia hopes to contribute to Nigeria’s economic growth and development.
Every month, 30 young women and twenty young men are selected and trained creating skills and jobs for 1200 young Nigerians in two years.
